In a world ravaged by the fear of the coronavirus, a masked stranger lurks in the shadows of a public apartment building. He watches as prostitute Tia Cyrus entertains her customers, growing increasingly paranoid about the need for social distancing. When he approaches her, she brushes him off, but his fear and anger get the better of him. In a violent outburst, he grabs her around the neck and forces her back into her apartment, where he proceeds to strangle her. As Tia struggles and eventually slips into unconsciousness, this masked stranger reveals the true face of fear in a world torn apart by the pandemic.
